Discount Flights Sydney

Discount Flights To Sydney: Top Travel Picks!

Booking discount flights to Sydney means that you’re about to have the holiday of a lifetime. Sydney is one of the most beautiful and cosmopolitan cities in the entire world and you really do need to visit it at least once, if not more. But there’s so much to see and do, how to decide what to include on your travel itinerary? Here are a few must-do opportunities you certainly shouldn’t let pass you by.

Bondi Icebergs

The Bondi Icebergs Club is incredibly famous and you’re sure to recognise the swimming pool, which is one of the most photographed of its kind in the world. You can’t leave Sydney without paying it a visit, with the pool open to visitors all year round. There’s a large lap pool and one for the kids, as well as qualified lifeguards patrolling all day. What could be better than a dip in a swimming pool with the ocean right next door? Stunning!

Snorkel at Gordon’s Bay

You’ve got to go in the sea at least once while on your Sydney holiday, so make your way to Gordon’s Bay – just north of Coogee Beach – which is really secluded, making it perfect for a spot of snorkelling. Follow the underwater nature trail which has lots of steel plaques attached to drums under the surface that will tell you all about the local sea life. Keep your eyes out for blue gropers, cuttlefish and lots more.

Manly Sea Life Sanctuary

This would be a great option for a family-friendly day out. If you’re feeling brave you can go diving with Grey Nurse Sharks as well as stingrays and turtles, but if you’d rather just observe that’s fine too. The Underwater Sydney exhibit should prove particularly interesting, as you’ll find out all about the species native to this part of the world and which are just on your doorstep in Sydney, including cuttlefish, lionfish, seahorses, octopus and more. You can even touch a shark egg!

Walk from Woolloomooloo to Barangaroo

This is one of the best city walks to be found anywhere and it’ll take you past the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and the Royal Botanic Garden. If you decide to go from Sydney Harbour Bridge to South Head, you could even spot some whales migrating when walking beside the ocean. What could be better than that?
